복합미와 과실미 모두를 갖춘 소노마 코스트 명품... 그러나 너무 비싼 와인

장미, 레드체리, 라즈베리, 크랜베리 등 드라이한 느낌을 주는 꽃, 붉은 과실류의 풍미가 코어를 이루고, 정향, 팔각등의 시원한 향신료들이 첨가되어 아로마층을 더해준다. 중간정도 바디에 실크같은 텍스쳐를 보여주고 섬세하고 다양한 풍미를 자랑한다. 오크의 달큰한 뉘앙스보다는 줄기의 시원한 향신료가 주가되면서 서늘한 클라이밋의 느낌을 해치지 않는다. 끝에서는 신선한 산미가 3차향과 함께 피니쉬를 이끌어간다. 역시나 좋은 와인이지만 명성만큼 가격이 사악하다... $70정도라면 종종 마실 것 같지만 $140은 잘 모르겠다...

Sonoma Coast masterpiece with both compound and fruitiness... but too expensive...

The flavor of dried rose petals, red cherries, raspberries, and cranberries forms a core, and cool spices such as cloves and star anis are added to add some layer. It boasts a delicate and diverse flavor with a moderate body and silky texture. Rather than the sweet nuance of oak, the cooler spice of the stem cover the fruits, not spoiling the cool climit feeling. At the end, fresh acidity leads the finish along with the tertiary aroma. It's a good wine, but the price is too high like its fame... I think I'll drink it occasionally if it's about $70, but I'm not sure about $140...
