[Tasting note]

화려함, 고소함, 매콤함, 짭짤함의 다양한 모습을 보여주는 와인

노란사과, 백도, 오렌지껍질, 레몬의 신선하고 제스티한 모습을 보여주면서도 고소한 오크의 견과류와 달콤한 바닐라 풍미, 백후추와 약간의 훈연향과 짭조름한 뉘앙스까지 보여준다. 입에서도 역시나 소비뇽블랑의 화려하면서도 풍성한 과실에 고소한 오크 풍미, 오크숙성으로 인한 고소하고 달콤한 향과 약간의 산화적 뉘앙스, 효모에서 기인한 듯 한 매케하고 구수한 맛과 약간의 짭짤한 피니쉬까지 정말 다양한 풍미와 향을 보여주는 와인이다. 약간의 유질감과 바디감은 산도와 균형을 잘 이루고, 기호를 떠나 정말 좋은 와인임이 느껴졌다. 보르도 블랑을 정말 좋은 와인으로 입문해버렸다....!!

It shows the fresh note of yellow apples, white peaches, orange zest, and lemons, but also shows the savory oak of nuts and sweet vanilla flavor, and there is also some white pepper, a little smoky aroma and salty nuance. It is a wine that shows a variety of flavors and aroma, including the gorgeous and rich fruit of Sauvignon Blanc in the mouth, the savory and sweet aroma and a little oxidative nuance of oak aging, the spicy and savory taste that might be caused by yeast, and a little salty finish. The slightly oily texture and body were well balanced with acidity, and regardless of personal preference, it is a really good wine. I've introduced Bordeaux Blanc with a really good wine.!!
