[Tasting note]

벨벳 글러브 속 강철주먹

보라빛이 감도는 짙은 루비색에 진한 아로마를 보여준다. 블랙베리, 블루베리, 카시스의 과일이 진하지만 갓 딴듯한 신선함으로 다가온다. 피망향도 감도나 잘 정돈되어 있어 복합미를 이뤄준다. 은은한 제비꽃향도 있다. 정향의 시원한 향신료가 적절하게 녹아들어 있어 환상적인 밸런스를 보인다. 집중도 있게 만들었으나 무겁거나 과한 느낌을 주지 않고 오히려 신선하다. 입에서는 산도가 약간 부족하나 지루하다고 느낄 정도는 아니다. 탄닌은 엄청나게 부드럽고 질감있게 녹아있다. 그러면서도 힘이 있어 벨벳 글러브 속 강철주먹같다. 잔에서는 다른 쟁쟁한 와인들보다 살짝 일찍 꺽이지만 한잔 받아놓고 3-4시간 기다릴 것이 아니라면 충분히 훌륭한 와인이다. 

Iron fist in a velvet glove

It shows deep purple ruby color and pronounced aroma. The fruits of blackberries, blueberries and cassis are thick but fresh. Bell peppers are also detectable, not spiking but giving complexity. It also has a hint of violets. The fresh spices of the clove are properly dissolved, showing a fantastic balance between oak and fruits. It is really concentrated but it is also fresh without feeling heavy or excessive. It lacks acidity in the mouth, but it is not flat at all. Tannins are very soft and textured. Also it has a strength so that it remind me of iron fist in a velvet glove. At the Glass, it goes down a little earier than other amazing wines, but it's good enough if you don't wait three to four hours after surved
