[Tasting note]

크리미하고 고소하고 농축미 있으면서도 산도도 좋은 와인!!

뫼르소를 마실 때면 너무 느끼하지 않을 까 걱정이 된다. 그러나 이 와인은 신선함을 잃지 않은 채 파인애플, 황도, 멜론의 잘 익은 과일에 바닐라, 헤이즐넛, 꿀의 다채로운 풍미가 담겨있다. 입에서는 산도가 좋으면서도 유질감과 적당한 무게감, 부드러운 질감과 약간의 짭쪼름함까지 다양한 경험을 선사한다. 오크의 달콤한 풍미와 크림의 산뜻한 풍미가 피니쉬를 이끈다. 좀 더 프레시한 느낌을 준다면 만점에 가까운 점수를 주고 싶지만 개인적으로는 조금 무거운 느낌을 준다. 그럼에도 밸런스가 환상적이고 누군가에겐 최고의 와인이 될 것 같다.

Creamy, savory, concentrated yet fresh wine!!

Nowaday, I'm afraid of having Meursault because of its heavy feeling.  However, this wine don't loose freshness and has various flavors of vanilla, hazelnut and honey in the ripe fruit of pineapple, yellow peach and melon. It has a good acidity in the mouth, providing a variety of experiences, including oily texture, some body, soft texture and slightly salty taste. The sweet flavor of oak and the refreshing flavor of cream lead to the finish. If it gives fresher feeling, I would give a score close to 100, but personally, it is slightly heavy for me. Still, the balance is fantastic and it's going to be the best wine for someone.
