[Tasting note]

처음 느껴보는 스타일인데... 엄청난 매력이 있다

초록빛이 도는 밝은 레몬색의 와인이다. 허니서클의 흰꽃 풍미가 은은한 가운데, 산뜻한 청사과, 라임, 백도의 과일풍미가 선명하게 살아있고 약간의 잔디향도 있는 듯 하다. 또한 푸른 과일과 시트러스를 감싸주듯 크림, 브리오슈, 바닐라 풍미가 적절하게 배어들어가 있다. 끝에서는 아몬드의 쌉살하면서도 고소한 풍미도 느껴진다. 입에서는 산도가 매우 좋고 무겁지 않은 바디감을 보여준다. 산도가 높으면서도 약간의 유질감과 빵같은 고소함이 용호상박을 이룬다. 산도와 고소함이 균형을 이루며 피니쉬를 이어가고 젖은 돌의 풍미가 느껴저 복합미를 더한다. 농축미가 좋고 산도도 좋으며 다양한 풍미가 벌써부터 느껴지는데 숙성을 하게되면 어떻게 될 지 기대가 큰 와인이다. 현재 재구매하여 셀러링 하고 있다.

It is a bright green lemon wine. Genetle aroma of honeysuckle with the fresh fruit flavor of green apples, lime, and white peaches are vividly alive, and also there is a hint of grass. It is also appropriately covered by cream, brioche and vanilla flavors as if wrapping green fruit and citrus. There is also some bitterness and savory flavor of almonds from the edges. The acidity at the mouth is very good, and it shows a body that is not heavy. The acidity is high, and the slightly oily texture and bread aroma make the perfect balance. The acidity and savory bouquet lead the finish, and the taste of wet stones add the complexity. It is a wine with good concentration, good acidity, and various flavors can be felt in this young age. So my expectations are high for what will happen when it aged. I already repurchased it for my seller.
