지역 : Chile / Central Valley / Maule Valley DO
종 : 85% Carignan, 15% Malbec and Cinsault blend
알콜 : 14%

양조 :  The grapes were harvested during the first week of March 2019. They were destemmed and the whole berries (no crushing involved) are gently placed in the fermentation vessel undergoing cold maceration for seven days. Alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous, the wine spent a total of 21 days in contact with the skins before being racked into oak vats, to be following by 2 years of aging.

처음 느껴보는 까리냥의 섬세함

My answer : 이탈리아 토착품종 (maybe Teroldego?)
새콤한 붉은과일과 약간의 푸릇한 허브향이 더해져 싱그러우면서도 향긋한 느낌이 기분 좋게 시작한다. 은은한 오크향은 덤. 입에서 산도가 매우 좋고 탄닌이 살짝 조아주며 구조감을 만들어준다. 산도와 허브향이 피니쉬를 이끌어가며 마무리된다. 여름에 편하게 마시기 좋고 음식 페어링도 비린 해산물만 아니라면 어디든 잘 어울릴 듯 하다. 

First time feeling the delicacy of Carignan

My answer: Italian native variety (maybe Teroldego?)
Sweet and sour red fruits are coved with slightly green herb note, giving pleasant refreshing and aromatic feeling. The subtle note of oak is also detectable. The acidity is very good in the mouth, and the tannin is slightly astere, creating a structure. The acidity and herb note lead the finish. It is easy to drink in summer, and the pairing of food seems to go well anywhere except for fishy seafood.
