양조 : Planted to 90% old-vine merlot and 10% cabernet franc on 6 hectares of vineyards spread out over the three terroirs of St. Emilion: clay, limestone, and sand. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats after extreme cold maceration. The wines undergo malolactic fermentation in new French oak.It also represents our wine with the largest amount of Merlot

보르도 엔트리 와인들이 은근히 가성비?!
My answer : Argentina Malbec
색은 중간 보라빛이 도는 어린 와인의 색이다. 제비꽃향과 검붉은과실이 신선하게 풍겨온다. 오크뉘앙스는 은은하고 과일의 향을 해치지 않는다. 입에서는 산도가 좋고 탄닌의 양이 많으나 부드럽다. 피니쉬는 산도와 과실향이 이끈다. 과일중심적인 뉘앙스와 제비꽃향으로 아르헨티나 말벡같은 느낌을 주는 와인이다.

My answer : Argentina Malbec
The color is medium purple without hint of aging. The note of violets and dark red fruits is fresh. The oak nuance is subtle and does not spoil the fruit's aroma. It has a good acidity in the mouth and a large amount of tannin, but soft. The finish is lead by acidity and fruits. Fruit fowardness and violet note gives the impression of Argentina's Malbec.
