양조 : lot harvest and vinification. The grapes are hand-picked; and then sorted, crushed and partial destemmed in the cellar. Fermented in open top, temperature-controlled vats for about 3 weeks, with regular cap-punching and pumping-over. Alcoholic fermentation in vats with native yeasts and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Maturing : 7 months with 50% in barrels 50% in stainless steel tanks.

북론에서 쉬라를 잘 만들면 이렇구나...

론 와인은 항상 낮은 산도와 그에 비해 큰 덩치로 쉽게 질릴 것 같은 나의 편견이 있다. 그러나 이 와인은 산도가 매우 좋고 은은한 허브향과 후추향 그리고 제비꽃향이 인상적이였다. 과일은 신선한 느낌이고 산도 탄닌 바디의 밸런스가 청아한 느낌이였다. 마치 섬세하게 뽑아낸 슈퍼투스칸처럼!!

Rhone wine usually has a low acidity and a large body, which makes me sick of it. However, the acidity of this wine was very good, and the subtle note of herbs, pepper and violets were impressive. The fruit was fresh and the balance of acidity tannin body was elegant. Just like a delicate Super Tuscan!!
