"Alsace산 Pinot noir인데 Vins Naturels?"
호기심에 구매해본 와인. 결론은 맛있는 크랜베리 주스
디켄터와 스월링을 통해 한원취를 날리고 나면, 미탄산과 함께 새콤한 크렌베리, 레드 체리와 약간의 후추향이 우선 다가온다. 오크의 흔적은 찾기 어렵고, 젖은 낙엽, 숲 바닥 향, 마른 담배향이 더해진다.
화이트와인은 unoaked chablis가 좋다면서도 레드와인에 오크 레이어 빠지니깐 간사하게 섭섭한 맛... 내추럴와인 마시는 힙스터 코스프레 하려는 건 아니지만 잘 만드는 집 있으면 종종 시도해볼 만하네...
"Fizzy cranberry juice"
Reductive nose deminished with decanting. Sligthly fizzy on mouth. Tarty cherry and rasberry with hint of white pepper which might indicate cool climate. Can't find 2' aroma. Wine might have been aged in stainless barrel or neutral large barrel. Good layer of forest floor and tobacco. Typical good natural wine.
