[Tasting note]

가벼우면서 무거운 와인

색은 옅은 루비색에서 가넷으로 익어가는 중이다. 향에서는 어두운 붉은 과실류의 향이 화사하게 펼쳐지고 약간의 장미꽃향도 있다. 오크는 과하지 않게 삼나무향이나 약간의 정향느낌만 나고, 젖은 낙엽의 풍미를 내며 잘 익어가고 있다. 향신료의 풍미가 살짝 있으면서 마지막을 살짝 조여주는 탄닌의 구조감도 갖추고 있다. 너무 무겁게 짜낸 느낌의 피노누아는 좋아하지 않지만 딱 이정도면 괜찮을 듯 하다.

It is a light but heavy wine.

The color is pale ruby to garnet. The aroma of dark red fruits spreads brilliantly at the nose, and it also has a slightly rose petal. The oak is not overwhelming the scene and there is some cedar and a touch of cloves. Note of wet fallen leaves shows that it is well aging. It has a slightly spicy flavor and has a tannin structure that lightly tightens the end. I don't like Pinot Noir, which feels too heavy, but I think it's okay if it's just this much.
