[Tasting note]

화사한 피노누아에 장미수 한방울 넣은...

색은 연한 루비색에 주변부는 가넷으로 익어가는 중이다. 화사하고 진하게 풍겨오는 아로마는 레드체리, 라즈베리, 딸기등의 산뜻하고 달콤한 붉은 과실을 연상시키며 장미수 한방울을 탄 것 같은 꽃향이 퍼져나간다. 오크는 삼나무와 살짝의 정향뉘앙스로 과도하게 사용하지는 않았으며, 과실의 힘이 있어서인지 아직은 어린모습을 보이고 있다. 뉘 생 조르쥐에서는 조금 강하게 뽑으려는 경향이 있을 수 있지만, 와인메이커는 소신을 따라 포도의 가장 여성스럽고 아름다운 모습을 와인으로 빚어낸 모습이다. 오늘 시음회의 베스트와인이였으며 가격또한 두번째로 비싸다... 

A drop of rose water in the gorgeous Pinot Noir.

The color is light ruby and the rim is ripe with garnet. There is beautiful and rich aromas of fresh and sweet red fruits such as red cherries, raspberries and strawberries, and note of flowers like a drop of rose water. Oak is not overwhelming with cedar and a little bit of cloves, and it is still young, perhaps because of the power of the fruit. In Nuits Saint George, there may be a tendency heavly presse the grape to make the wine bolder, but the winemakers seem to have followed their convictions and turned the most feminine and beautiful aspects of grapes into wine. It was the best wine at today's tasting session, and the price is the second most expensive.
