[Tasting note]

화사한 꽃을 생각나게 하는 와인

중간 루비색에 진한 피노누아를 연상시키지만 향에서는 제비꽃이나 장미꽃등의 꽃향이 풍부하고 레드체리, 레드커런트, 붉은 자두 등 진한 붉은과실풍미가 지배적이다. 민트와 정향의 향이 입혀지고 아직은 어린와인이다. 입에서는 색에 비해 탄닌이 매우 잘 녹아들어있고 바디감도 꽤 있는 편이다. 피니쉬는 약간 아쉬운 편.

Wine with lots of flowers

The medium ruby color is reminiscent of deep concentrated Pinot Noir, but the fragrance is rich in violets and roses, and the strong red fruit flavor such as red cherries, red currents and red plums is dominant. Also there is some mint and clove, and it's still young. Compared to the color, tannin is perfectly integrated, and there is some bodiness too. The finish is a bit disappointing.
