음식과 함께하기에 너무 좋은 샤블리

신선한 시트러스와 초록과실향에 어우러지는 젖은 돌의 향, 그리고 높은 산도를 다듬어주는 듯한 크림향과 약간의 유질감. 벌써 5년이 지나버린 은은한 생강향의 숙성미까지... 기름진 음식이나 해산물과 함께하기에 기본급 사블리만큼 좋은 와인은 독일의 드라이 리슬링정도만 생각난다. 산도 높은 와인을 좋아하는 나로서는 데일리 와인으로 최고!!

Good Chablis to drink with food

Fresh citrus, green and fruit note with a wet stone nuiance, a creamy aroma and a slight oily texture. It's been five years since the aging note of ginger is slightly coming. Only Germany's dry riesling can be best match for fatty foods and seafood. For me who likes wine with high acidity, this is the best for daily wine.
