진득하고 감칠맛있는 산지오베제! 전형적인 BDM

처음 향을 맡았을 때 오늘의 베스트 와인이라는 것을 직감했다. 감칠맛이 풍겨오는 마른 허브와 발사믹식초 풍미는 내가 가장 좋아하는 산지오베제임이 틀림없었다. 감초풍미가 진하게 나는 것이 BDM임을 확신했다. 키안티에서는 보통 과실풍미가 더 매력적인 경우가 많았으니...

Deep, savory Sangiovese! Typical BDM

When I first smelled it, I knew it was the best wine of the day. The rich flavor of dried herbs and balsamic vinegar must be my favorite Sangiovese. I was convinced that it is BDM which has a strong licorice flavor. In Chianti, usually wine first gives charming and pure fruits.
