양조 : Fermentation took place in 1,200 litre old oak barrels from Schloss Johannisberg oak and lasted for a period of six weeks. The wine was then left on its fine lees for seven months, adding complexity and weight to the wine

꽃향기 가득한 순수한 스타일의 리슬링

이렇게 집중도 있는 와인으로 욕심내지 않고 순수하게 과실의 매력을 잘 살린 와인이야말로 정말 멋진 와인이 아닐까라는 생각이 들었다. 와인은 원래 포도와 효모로 만드는 것이 아닌가... 그 과정에는 오크는 없다.

Pure style Riesling full of flowers

I thought that wine with such concentrated fruit, without being greedy, was really a wonderful wine. Wine is originally made of grapes and yeast...there is no oak in the process.
