[Tasting note]

진득하고 고소하지만...?

달달한 꽃향과 노란 사과, 배가 잘 익어있고, 아몬드와 브리오슈향이 진득하게 올라온다. 약간의 시원한 휘발성 느낌의 산화적 뉘앙스가 은은하게 느껴진다. 분명 향은 진하고 여운도 오래남지만 내 취향은 Blanc de Blanc이 좀 더 맞는 것 같다 

Rich, nutty, well aged but....

Sweet white flower, yellow apples, pears, and almonds and brioche are thick. The oxidative nuance of a little cool volatile feeling is subtle. Obviously, the scent is strong and the finish lasts long, but I think Blanc de Blanc is more suitable for me
