잘 익은 키안티 클라시코!!

체리, 붉은자두, 라즈베리의 향에 삼나무나 약간의 정향이 은은하게 얹어져있고 가죽, 담배잎, 발사믹식초등의 숙성향들이 진하게 피어오른다. 6년이 지난 지금, 딱 마시기 적절한 만큼 잘 익은 듯 하다. 1-2년만 지나도 과실이 부족하다고 느껴졌을 것 같다. 산도도 기분좋게 살아있고, 입에서 너무 과하게 무겁지 않으며, 은은한 여운도 갖췄다.  

Well aged Chianti Classico

The scent of cherries, red plums, and raspberries is subtly covered with cedar and clove, and aging note such as leather, tobacco leaves, and balsamic vinegar bloom. Six years of aging, it seems as developed as it is just right to drink. After a year or two, I think I would have felt a lack of fruits. The acidity is also pleasantly alive, not too heavy in the mouth, and has a finish.
