신선하고 부드러우면서 절제된 오크사용으로 밸런스가 좋은 화이트와인!

비노이스타의 대표 수입와인인 막심마뇽의 La Begou라 기대하고 접해보았다. 남부론 출신 품종들로 구성되어있으나 서늘한 기후의 산도와 신선함이 느껴졌다. 이에 브루고뉴의 스타일을 입히 듯 효모와 크림 풍미가 적절하게 더해져 있고 오크풍미는 절제되어 순수한 매력을 드러내는 와인이였다. 산도가 좋으면서도 잘 다듬어져있어 질리지 않고 마실 수 있는 와인이다. 

Fresh white wine with good balance, soft texture, and restrained oak!

I was happy to meet La Begou of Maxime Magnon, Vinoista's representative imported wine. It is composed of varieties from Souther Rhone, but the acidity and freshness of the cool climate were felt. Like the wine from Bourgogne, the yeast and cream flavors were appropriately added, but the oak flavor was not overwhelming, revealing pure charm. It is a wine with good amount of acidity, so I could enjoy glass after glass
