매력있네 요녀석...

맹상 페밀리로 만드는 늦수확와인 쥐랑송!! 책으로만 보고 너무 궁금했는데 드디어 영접했다. 살구, 복숭아, 레몬의 산뜻하면서 달달한 과일류의 노트에 꿀과 흰꽃의 풍미도 느낄 수 있다. 입에서는 산도가 매우 높아 침이 계속 고이고 적당한 볼륨감에 산뜻한 피니쉬를 보여준다. 물론 와인만 마시라면 새콤해서 완병하기 어렵겠으나, 음식과 함께한다면 더할 나위 없는 와인이다. 페어링도 쉽다. 어느 음식에 붙여놔도 찰떡같이 붙을 것 같은 와인이다

Jurancon is a late-harvest wine made by Manseng family!! I was so curious when I only read this in the book, but I finally met it. I could also feel the flavor of honey and white flowers in the notes of fresh and sweet & fresh fruits of apricot, peach, and lemon. The acidity in the mouth is very high, so the saliva continues to come out and shows a fresh finish with a moderate volume. Of course, it would be difficult to completely drink wine because it is sour, but it is perfect if it is with food. Pairing is also easy. It's a wine that will go well with any food
