Barbaresco의 표준모델... 그렇기에 큰 인상을 주진 못하는

피에몬테의 여왕이라 불리는 바르바레스코의 협동조합 Produttori의 기본급 와인이다. 18빈티지가 평이 좋아 기대가 되었다. 레드체리, 라즈베리의 새콤달콤한 붉은 과실느낌에 장미향과 정향, 삼나무, 숲바닥 향이 더해져 복합미를 형성한다. 농축도있는 모습은 아니지만 섬세하고 우아하게 여러가지 향을 풀어내고 있다. 시간이 지나며 약간의 네비올로 특유의 고무향이 느껴진다. 전형적인 아름다운 여성과 같은 Barbaresco의 모습을 보여주지만 강한 인상을 심어주기에는 힘이 약한건 사실이다. 입에서도 농축도가 떨어지는 탓 인지 알코올이 약간 느껴진다

The reference model of Barbaresco... But no big impression

This wine is a entry level of Barbarresco's cooperative Produttori. I was looking forward to taste 2018 vintage because it has some fame. From the nose, sweet and sour red fruit of red cherry and raspberry was layered by Rose, cloves, cedar trees, and forest floor. Although there is lack of concentration, it is delicately and gracefully releasing various notes. Over time, rubber was noted, which is typical Nebbiolo. It's true that Barbaresco shows a typical beautiful feminine beauty but is weak to impress. At the palate, there is some alcohol heat too, because it lacks of concentration
