시칠리아의 잘 익은 카베르네 소비뇽

시칠리아의 카베르네 소비뇽은 생소했기에 호기심에 구매해봤다. 노즈에서는 블루베리와 카시스가 마른느낌으로 선명하게 살아있고, 약간의 익힌 피망, 바닐라, 감초, 치즈, 흑연, 흙의 다양한 숙성향과 오크뉘앙스 향신료 풍미가 밀려왔다. 탄닌이 부드럽게 녹아있고 숙성향과 과실이 적절하게 조화를 이룬다. 시칠리아의 따뜻한 태양과 강렬한 지중해 바람, 그리고 해발 500미터 포도밭의 신선함까지 잘 느껴진 와인이였다. 저렴한 가격과 잘 익은 시음적기를 고려하면 무조건 재구매각!!

Well aged Cabernet Sauvignon of Sicily

Cabernet Sauvignon of Sicily was unfamiliar, so I bought it out of curiosity. On the nose, blueberries and casis live clearly with a dry feeling, and various layers of cooked bell peppers, vanilla, licorice, cheese, graphite, and soil poured in. Tannin was well integrated into wine and the balance between fruits and tertiary notes is great. It was a wine that could feel the warm sun of Sicily, the strong Mediterranean wind, and the freshness of the vineyard 500 meters above sea level. Considering the low price and the vintage, I will re-purchase it unconditionally!!
