[Tasting note]

엄청난 성능을 보여주는 와인!!!

투명하고 맑은 약간의 초록빛을 띄는 레몬색 와인이다. 레몬, 백도, 멜론, 오렌지꽃의 강렬한 과일과 꽃풍미가 처음 다가오고 약간의 헤이즐넛이 느껴진다. 잔에서 2-30분 시간이 지나니 엄청난 힘을 보여주던 과일의 힘이 약간 잠잠해지면서 부서진돌의 엄청난 미네랄리티와 토스트, 크림등의 달콤한 향들이 더해져 환상적인 밸런스를 보여준다. 입에서는 산도가 정말 신선하게 다가오면서도 불쾌하게 찌르는 느낌이 없고 입에서는 부드러움을 갖고 있으면서도 청명한 질감을 보여준다. 피니쉬는 돌가루와 짭짤한 미네랄리티와 신선한 산도가 이끌어준다. 피니쉬도 잔잔히 이어져간다. 농축미나 와인의 깊이가 엄청난 와인은 아니지만 맛과 향의 어느 요소 하나 빠지는 것 없이 충분히 매력을 보여주고 있고, 여러 요소들의 밸런스가 환상적인 와인이다 

A wine that shows great performance!!!

It is a clear, pale green lemon wine. The intense fruit and flower of lemon, white peach, melon, and orange blossom first comes with a little hazelnut. After 2-30 minutes in the glass, the power of the fruit, which had shown tremendous power, calms down a little, and the tremendous minerality of the crushed stone and sweet note of toast and cream are added to show a fantastic balance. The acidity is really fresh in the mouth without spiking feeling, and the mouth shows a soft yet bright texture. The finish is led by stony & salty minerality, and fresh acidity and also it last quiet long. The depth of the concentrated or wine is not great, but it shows enough charm without missing any elements of taste and aroma, and the balance of those elements is fantastic
