양조 : Combined maceration where the juice (from the regular grapes) and the botrytized berries are mixed together in big roto tanks with a 14 hours must fermentation. The sugar and extract resolve from the aszú berries into the wine. 2 years aged in Hungarian oak barrels (second-third filling), and at least 1 year aged in the cellar’s lying bottle.

[Tasting note]

상큼한 달콤함

중간 금색의 와인이다. 아카시아꽃, 살구, 오렌지껍질, 황도의 과일풍미가 달달하게 느껴지며, 약간의 아몬드, 카라멜이 더해져 아로마의 층을 이룬다. 입에서는 선명한 산도가 끈임없이 침을 고아내어 고급스러운 당도를 씻어내려주며 끈적이는 질감보다는 가볍게 요동치는 생동감 있는 질감이다. 5-10년 더 숙성된다면 복합미가 더해져 좀 더 좋은 모습을 보일 듯 하다. 그래도 그날의 마무리로 훌륭한 디져트와인.

Fresh & Sweet

It has medium gold color. Acacia, Apricot, Orange Zest, Yellow peach is sweet and some almond, caramel made some layers. At the palate, it shows vivid acidity stimulating saliva washing luxurious sweetness. Texture is light & vibrant rather than heavy & sticky. If it is aged 5-10 years more, it would be better by getting more complexity. Though, it is still a great wine to end up a day
