산뜻한 베리와 환상적인 밸런스

화사하고 밝은 크랜베리와 체리의 풍미가 정말 밝고 화사하다. 짖이겨진 장미의 느낌도 약간 있다. 희미하게 느껴지는 정향이 은은하게 얹어져 있어 복합미를 더한다. 시간이 지나면서 한없이 밝았던 과일이 잠잠해지고 향에서 밸런스가 맞아들어가는 모습이다. 입에서는 경쾌한 산도와 우아한 질감이 입에서 찰랑거리는 느낌을 선사한다. 과일이 너무 선명하고 밝아서 신대륙와인으로 착각했으나 전반적인 밸런스와 서늘한 느낌이 전형적인 브루고뉴 와인이다.

Fresh berries and fantastic balance

The flavor of cranberries and cherries is really fresh and bright. There is also some crushed rose petal. Subtle cloves are gently placed on top, adding complexity. Over time, the fruit, which had been endlessly bright, calms down and balances with other aromas. The fresh acidity and elegant texture in the mouth give the feeling of brightness in the mouth. The fruit was so clear and bright that I mistook it for a New World wine, but the overall balance and cool climate nuance are typical Bourgogne wines.
