너무 무겁지 않고 약간의 산뜻함이 느껴지는 CDP

Blind tasting answer : BDM
마른체리와 라즈베리의 느낌에 훈연향과 마른돌가루의 광물향이 느껴진다. 입에서는 무게감이 있으나 탄닌이 꽤나 잘 녹아있어 부드러운 질감을 선사하고 산도도 아주 높은편은 아니나 산뜻하게 느껴진다. 테이스팅의 말미이기도 하고(변명...) 후추향을 감지 못하고 구조감을 주의깊게 살피지 못하여 BDM을 떠올려버렸다. 그래도 무게감이 과하지 않고 과일풍미가 매력적이며 약간의 산도가 생기를 더해주는 밸런스 좋은 와인으로 맛있게 즐겼다.

CDP with some freshness but not too heavy

There is dry cherries and raspberries with smoke and minerality of dry crushed stone. Full body wine but tannin is quite well integrated, giving a soft texture and acidity is not high, but good enough to give freshness. It was the end of the blind tasting (excuse for my wrong answer...) so that I couldn't detect the pepper note and did not carefully consider the character of structure, so I thought of BDM. Still, the body is not too heavy, the fruit flavor is attractive, and a little acidity adds freshness, so I enjoyed this balanced wine deliciously.
