부드럽고 실키하고 푹 익은 와인

색은 보라빛이 많이 감도는 진한 루비색의 와인으로 까시스, 블랙베리, 검은자두, 은은한 민트의 풍미와 진한 초콜릿, 감초의 오크향이 더해져있다. 입에서는 무겁고 실키한 질감에 비해 산도가 꽤나 살아있어 자칫 부담스러울 수 있는 와인에 생기를 넣어준다. 피망향이 거의 감지되지 않고 약간의 민트향만 스쳐가기에 100% 보르도 블랜드라고 생각을 못했다. 은은한 민트향과 한없이 부드럽고 묵직한 질감, 약간은 낮은 산도의 풀바디 레드와인을 만나면 캘리포니아를 떠올릴 필요가 있겠다.

A soft, silky, ripe wine

Blind tasting answer : CS + Shiraz Blending (AUS)
The color is a deep ruby wine with a lot of purple, with the addition of casis, blackberries, black plums, subtle mints, and prulent oak of dark chocolate, and licorice. Compared to the heavy and silky texture in the mouth, the acidity is good enough not to be boring. I didn't think it was 100% Bordeaux Blend because the bell peppers was barely detected and only a little mint was passed by. When I meet a subtle mint note, an silky and heavy texture, and a slightly low acidity of full body red wine, I should need to think of Californian wine.
