[Tasting note]

향은 쥐라의 우이에 스타일의 사바냥이 생각나고... 맛은 루아르의 소비뇽블랑이 생각나네...

살짝의 초록빛이 도는 연한 레몬색 와인으로, 노란 사과와 백도의 과일풍미를 중심으로 잔잔한 엘더플라워가 깔려있다. 돌부스러기 같은 광물향도 느껴지고 약간의 타임허브의 뉘앙스도 스쳐간다. 입에서는 무겁지 않은 바디감의 와인으로 산도가 높으나 잘 다듬어져있어 부담스럽지 않고 깔끔한 피니쉬를 보여준다. 짭짤한 맛도 꽤나 잘 느껴진다. 처음 경험해보는 품종으로 좋은 가격으로 다시 만난다면 또 경험해보고 싶다.

Nose is like Savagnin Ouille... Palate is like Loire Sauvignon Blanc

It is a light lemon-colored wine with a slight green reflection, with a calm elderflower, bright yellow apples and white peach fruit flavors. The minerality like crushed stone, and some thyme pass by. It is a wine with a body that is not heavy in the mouth, and has a high acidity, but it is well trimmed, showing a clean finish. The salty taste is pretty good, too. It was my first time i met this grape variety and I want to experience it again if I meet it again at a good price.
