[Tasting note]

엄청나게 진한 과일풍미와 세월의 흔적 그리고 약간의 말안장 냄새

진한 가넷색의 와인이다. 가장먼저 약간의 브렛이 말안장 가죽이처럼 느껴진다. 이후에 약간의 스월을 하면 과숙된 검은체리, 블랙베리와 마른 무화과의 과일풍미가 진하게 느껴지고 코코아파우더와 토스트의 오크풍미가 더해져있다. 끝에서는 야생허브, 정향등의 향신료풍미들이 이어진다. 입에서는 풀바디 와인으로 약간의 산도가 밸런스를 잘 맞춰주며, 타닌은 충분히 익고 녹아있어 고급스러운 벨벳같은 느낌을 선사한다. 피니쉬는 농축된 풍미만큼 입에서 오래 이어진다. 브렛이 있어 잔에서 천천히 즐긴다면 시간에 따라 다양한 면모를 보여줄 수 있는 와인이다. 브렛이 조금만 더 적었다면 취향에도 맞고 더 좋은 평가를 줄 수 있을 듯 하다.

It is a deep garnet wine. First of all, the Bretty saddle leather comes in. After some swirling, the fruit flavor of overripe black cherries, blackberries and dry figs is really intense, and the oak flavor of cocoa powder and toast is added. At the end, spices such as wild herbs and cloves continue. At the palate, it is a full-body wine with some acidity, and the tannin is ripe and well integrated giving a luxurious velvet texture. The finish lasts as long in the mouth as its concentrated flavor. It is a wine that can show various aspects depending on the time if you enjoy it slowly with a glass because of its Bretty nuance. A little less Brett would suit my taste and get my better rating.
