[Tasting note]

좋은 빈티지의 보르도와인이 잘 익었을 때...

세월이 무색하게 아직 약간의 Rim variation만 보이고 생생한 루비색을 띄는 와인이다. 코에서는 신선하지만 잘 익은 블랙베리, 블랙커런트의 풍미와 약간의 피망향이 느껴지고, 다크 초콜릿의 오크풍미와 젖은 흙의 숙성향이 잘 어울어져있다. 아직 과일의 힘이 강해 5-10년은 더 숙성되어도 좋은 모습을 보여줄 것 같다. 입에서는 산도가 전반적으로 밝은 분위기를 보여주며 탄닌은 매우 촘촘하면서도 아주 부드럽게 녹아들어있다. 피니쉬가 엄청나게 길지는 않지만 전반적인 밸런스와 입에서 주는 느낌이 상당히 고급스러운 와인이다. 괜찮은 가격으로 구할 수 있다면 다시 경험해보고 싶은 와인이다

When Bordeaux wine of good vintage is aged well...

Despite of its aging time, only a few Rim variations can be seen, and it is a wine with a vivid ruby color. At the nose, fresh but ripe blackberries and black currants and a little bell peppers is detected, and the oak flavor of dark chocolate and the tertiary note of wet earth is added. The fruit is still strong, so it is expected to show a good appearance even if it is aged for 5 to 10 years. At the palate, the acidity make a brightness and tannin is very fine-grainy and very soft. The finish is not very long, but the overall balance and taste of the wine are quite high-end. If Ican get it at a reasonable price, it's a wine I'd like to experience again
