[Tasting note]

보라빛이 감도는 진한 와인색은 전형적인 시라의 모습이다. 향에서는 검은 올리브, 약간의 흑후추, 월계수잎 등의 감미로운 향이 가득하고 검은 자두나 블루베리 향이 알맞은 정도로 익어있다. 정향등의 향신료 풍미도 진하게 이어진다. 끝에서 약간의 담뱃잎의 쌉싸름한 향도 남는다. 입에서는 묵직한 탄닌이 잘 익어들어 실크같은 느낌을 주며, 끝에서 약간의 쪼이는 느낌은 산도가 이어져 침샘을 자극하여 달래준다. 향신료와 감칠맛나는 허브풍미가 길게 이어진다. 

 

The dark color with a hint of purple is typical of Syrah. At the nose, it is full of savoriness of black olives, black pepper, and bay leaves, and black plums and blueberries is fresh. Some spices such as cloves go on and on. At the end, a bit of tobacco leaves remains. At the palate, the heavy tannins ripen well to give a silky mouthfeel, and the slightly austere feeling at is resolved by the acidity. Spices and savory herbal flavors last for a long time
