[Tasting note]

엄청나게 농축되고 힘있는 피노누아

검은체리, 붉은 자두등의 과일이 엄청나게 농축되어있고, 파워풀하며, 쥬시하다. 입에서 산도가 이 모든 농축된 과일풍미를 풀어내며, 탄닌은 많으나 벨벳같은 질감을 보여준다. 무게감 있는 와인이지만 전혀 부담스럽지 않고 산도로 인해 계속 마실 수 있게된다. 아직 너무 어린 와인이고 10년뒤 응축된 과일풍미가 풀리고 3차향이 발전하면서 상당히 좋은 모습을 보여줄 것 같다.

Extremely concentrated and powerful Pinot Noir?

Fruits such as black cherries and red plums are incredibly concentrated, powerful, and juicy. The acidity in the mouth releases all this concentrated fruit flavor and there is good amount of tannin but it shows velvet texture. It's a heavy wine, but it's not burdensome at all, and the acidity makes me to drink another glass. It is still too young, and 10 years later, the condensed fruit flavor will be resolved and the tertiary note will develop, showing a fairly good appearance.
