해산물이 바로 떠오르는 맛!!

색은 밝고 맑은 노란색 와인이다. 선명한 과일향이 지배적으로 백도와 노란사과와 약간의 흰꽃의 느낌이 있고 살짝의 시트러스 껍질같은 쌉쌀한 기운이 코에서 느껴진다. 또한 약간의 젖은 돌과 같은 광물향이 느껴진다. 입에서는 신선하게 느껴지는 산도와 둥글둥글한 질감, 약간의 쌉싸름함이 조화로우며 피니쉬로 갈수록 짭짤한 느낌을 준다. 요리된 해산물 (조개찜, 파스타, 구이) 등과 먹는다면 환상적인 조합이 될 것으로 생각된다.

The color is bright and clear pale yellow wine. The vivid aroma of fruit such as white peach, yellow apple, and some white flowers is dominant, and a bitter nuance of citrus peel is detected. There is also a mineral note like a little wet stone. The fresh acidity, round texture, and a little bit bitterness are harmonized in the mouth, and it gives a salty feeling at the finish. I think it would be a fantastic combination if you eat it with cooked seafood (steamed clams, pasta, grilled).
