가산한듯한 타르티한 산도, 과하지 않은 오크사용, 약간의 리덕티브함

Conclusion: Very good, Australian Chardonnay

 

Yellow tail Chardonnay 2023

P Straw, clear

M aroma - Youthful, shy at first

Apple, Yellow flower, Peardrop, Wood

Dry / M acid / M alc / M- body / S Fin 

저온발효한듯한 꽃향, 지나치게 짧은 피니쉬

Conclusion: Acceptable, Mass production wine

 

Vincent Dauvissat Chablis 1er Cru 'La Forest' 2016

M Yellow, Clear

M+ aroma - developing +++

Dried Peach, Yellow apple, Honey, Mushroom, 도라지, 곡물차, hint of wood

Dry / M+ acid / M alc / M+ body / M+ to L fin 

언오크드 샤르도네 좋은 산도, 세이보리함

Conclusion: Outstanding, Chablis Grand cru to 1er Cru

 

François Raveneau Chablis 1er Cru 'Montée de Tonnerre' 2016

P Straw, Clear

M aroma - slight reduced, developing +

Lemon, Fresh apple, Lees, Gravel, Underlying mushroom

Dry / M+ to H acid / M alc / M body / M+ fin 

인텐시티에서 살짝 애매한 모습, 복합도 아쉬움

Conclusion: Very Good, Chablis, 1er Cru to Village

 

Patrick Piuze Chablis 1er Cru 'Les Roncieres' 2023

P Yellow, Clear

M aroma - youthful

Lemon, Apple, Slight peardrop, Lees ++, Flint

Dry / M+ acid / M alc / M body / M fin 

복합미, 산도밸런스에서 살짝 아쉬운 모습

Conclusion: Good, Chablis, Village

Wagner Oberrotweil Chardonnay 2022

새초롬한 인상의 깔끔한 메이킹 샤르도네. 약간의 VA 빼고는 깔끔하고 클린하게 만들어서 맛있게 넘어감. 살짝 개성있는 효모인상으로 레이어가 만들어짐. 프랑스 비오디나믹 최소개입주의 스타일 샤르도네, 국내 소매가 10만원 초반으로 콜. 국내 로드샵에서 6-7만원에 구매가능하다고 한다. Grand-East Wine 수입

 

Camin Larredya 'Jean-Marc Grussaute' Jurancon Sec 2021

Jurancon Sec임을 오픈하고 시음함. 마치 바로 직전에 시음했던 Wagner 스타일로 만든 쥐랑송같았음. 풀바디함과 강한 표현력은 남아있었지만, 플로럴함과 선명한 과실은 누그러져있던 신기한 스타일의 와인.
