"27년째에도 짱짱한 화이트와인..."

CdP blanc의 첫 경험. 특이하게 Grenache blanc 100%로 만들었다고 한다. 금색으로 잘 익은 와인은 코에서 오렌지 제스트, 노랑게 잘 익은 사과, 배의 향과, 은은하게 깔리는 삼나무향, 론 지방 특유의 가리그라 불리는 허브 풍미, 약간의 꿀, 아몬드의 쌉쌀한 향이 지나간다. 세월이 지나며 파워는 약간 내려놓은 듯한 모습이지만 다양한 모습을 보여주며 재밌게 마셨던 와인!! 알콜도수가 높고 바디감이 좋아서 그런지 27년의 세월이 지났다고 생각되지는 않는다. 

"White wine that has been strong for 27 years..."

This is my first experience with CdP blanc. It's made of 100% Grenache blanc. The golden ripe wine has an orange zest through the nose, a yellow ripe apple, pear and faintly spread cedar note, a herb flavor called garrigue, a little honey, and a bitterness of almonds. It looks like the power has decreased a little over time, but I enjoyed drinking wine while showing various aspects and multiple layers of flavor! Maybe because of the high level of alcohol and full body character, I don't think it is a 27 years old wine.
