Pinot Noir는 Bourgogne 출신

장미, 신 체리, 라즈베리의 향을 기반으로 정향, 팔각, 버섯, 흙 풍미가 정말 알맞게 녹아들어있다. 줄기사용도 적절하게 한 듯 하고, 숙성도 진행되어 다양한 풍미가 풍겨온다. 입에서는 산도가 좋고 바디감은 우아함을 방해하지 않는다. 농축미가 좋은 것은 아니지만 서늘한 기후를 바탕으로 밸런스 좋게 만들어진 피노누아임은 분영하다  

Pinot Noir is from Bourgogne

Based on the nose of roses, sour cherries and raspberries, the flavors of cloves, star anis, mushrooms and earth blend in really well. The stems seem to have been used properly, and some tertiary notes from aging give a complexity. The acidity is good in the mouth, and the body does not interfere with elegance. This wine is not rich in concentration but well-balanced Pinot noir based on cool climate.
