[Tasting note]

꽤 잘 만들었지만 섬세함을 위해 풋내를 얻었다....

신 체리, 라즈베리의 밝고 붉은 과일풍미를 중심으로 정향, 잔디, 흙등의 풍미가 더해져있다. 산도는 입에서 매우 좋고 섬세한 풍미들을 극대화 시켜주지만 약간의 설익은듯한 풀향과 풋풋한 산도가 분명하다. 오레건에서 브루고뉴 와인을 지향하며 잘 만들어갔지만 너무 똑같이 하고픈 마음에 약간의 흠을 남긴 듯 하다. 

Well made wine, but green note for its subtlety.

Flavors such as cloves, lawns and earth are added, mainly to the bright red fruit flavor of sour cherries and raspberries. Acidity is very good in the mouth and maximizes delicate flavor, but the unripe nuance of grass and greenish acidity are clear. Wine makers made a successful Burgundy wine in Oregon, but it seems to have left some flaws on their desire to do the exact same.
