칠링해서 가볍게 마시기 좋은 스파클링! 약간의 복합미는 덤!

배, 레몬, 청사과의 산뜻하고 가벼운 풍미에 정말 가벼운 빵반죽의 뉘앙스가 더해져있다. 복합미를 약간만 부여하면서 과일의 풍부함과 섬세함을 잘 살린 크레망은 가끔 볼때마다 매력적이다. 물론 샴페인처럼 풍부한 맛과 깊은 풍미를 보여주기 어렵지만 피크닉에서 마시거나 음식과 함께한다면 굳이 비싼 샴페인을 꺼내야할 이유는 없다.

The fresh and light flavor of pears, lemons and green apples adds the nuance of a really light dough. Cleman, who gives a little complexity and brings out the richness and delicacy of fruit, is attractive every time I see it. Of course, it is difficult to show rich taste and deep flavor like champagne, but there is no reason to open expensive champagne if you drink it on a picnic or go with food.
