양조 : Following skin contact in cold, vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C, while some is vinified in French oak barrels. The wine is left with its lees for a number of months to gain structure and body.

뉴질랜드 소비뇽블랑과 닮은 너...

색은 생생한 개나리색이다. 향에서는 허니서클향이 마치 향수 뿌린듯이 나고, 자몽, 복숭아의 상큼달콤한 과실의 향이 이어진다. 이후에는 살짝의 풀내음도 느껴지는 듯 하다. 노즈만 봐서는 뉴질랜드 소비뇽블랑의 아성을 깰 수 있을 것만 같다. 그러나... 입에서는 산도가 좀 아쉽고 피니쉬가 깔끔하게 떨어진다. 코에서는 93점 입에서는 87점

Very similar with NZ Sauvignon Blanc but more aromatic wine

The color is vivid yellow. The aroma of honey suckle smells like perfume, followed by the scent of fresh & sweet fruits of grapefruit and peach. After that, a hint of grass followed. Nose alone seems to be able to break the strong reputation of Sauvignon Blanc in New Zealand. But... the acidity is a bit disappointing in the mouth and the finish falls off neatly. 93 points for the nose and 87 points for the mouth
