산지오베제같은데 살짝 투박한 팔렛

색은 짙고 루비의 느낌보다는 가넷에 더 가까워졌다. 코에서는 말린 체리, 블랙베리 잼과 함께 담배잎, 마른 허브, 발사믹의 숙성향도 펑 터져나온다. 입에서는 충분한 산미와 함께 혀 뒤쪽에 남는 질감의 무거운 탄닌감이 꽤나 조화롭다. 탄닌의 질감이 토스카나 와인들 보다는 조금 더 투박한 감이 있다. 그래도 남부 이탈리아에서 이정도로 산도가 좋고 풍미도 진한 와인이라면 합격이다!

Sangiovese like wine but a slight roughness

The color is deep and closer to garnet than ruby Along with dried cherries and blackberry jam, the note of tobacco leaves, dried herbs, and balsamic pops out from the nose. The heavy tannin left behind the tongue is quite harmonious with good amount of acidity in the mouth. The texture of tannin is a little bit rustier than Tuscany wines. Still, wine with such acidity and rich flavor in southern Italy is really impressive!
