취향을 떠나 맛있는 와인!
오크 풍미가 더해진 샤르도네를 좋아하지는 않는다. 그러나 호주의 유명한 와인 메이커 Shaw & Smith의 야심작 Tolpuddle에 대한 명성이 자자하여 구매해봤다. 블라인드 시음모임에서 다들 찬사가 이어졌다. 레몬, 복숭아, 멜론, 아카시아의 향이 응축되어 뿜어져나오며, 고소한 토스트, 빵, 크림, 마카다미아의 고소한 풍미들이 강력하게 들어오는데, 과실향과 오크향이 정말 균형있고 밀도있게 발산되었다. 입에서는 침이 고이는 산도가 잘 살아있기 까지 하며, 묵직한 바디감, 정말 기분 좋은 유질감, 그리고 긴 피니쉬까지... 완벽한 와인이였고 숙성되었을 때가 너무 궁금해지는 와인이였다. 오늘의 BEST
Regardless of personal taste, delicious wine!
I don't like the oak-flavored Chardonnay. However, I bought the famous Australian wine maker Shaw & Smith's ambitious brand Tolpuddle because it had a reputation. Everyone was praised at the blind tasting meeting. The nose of lemon, peach, melon, and acassia are very concentrated, and the flavor of toast, bread, cream, and macadamia are strongly introduced, and the aroma of fruit and oak is really balanced and dense. The salivating acidity is even alive in the mouth, heavy body, really pleasant oiliness, and long finish... It was a perfect wine and I was very curious when it was aged. Today's best wine.
