[Tasting note]

화사하고 선명한 샴페인

용산 가족공원에 피크닉 나갈 겸, WSET L1&2의 만점합격 결과를 축하할 겸 가져간 샴페인. 별로 기대는 안했지만 그냥 깔끔하고 화사하고 맛있는 맛... NV 샴페인의 품질차이는 정말 미묘한 것 같다. 상큼한 레몬, 사과, 배, 은은한 빵, 약간의 헤이즐넛 풍미에에 은은하게 올라오는 아카시아향이 느껴진다. 입에서는 산도가 매우 좋고 거품도 부드럽다. 

Pretty and Vivid champagne

Champagne was taken to go on a picnic at Yongsan Family Park and to celebrate the perfect score of WSET L1&2. I didn't expect much, but it's clean, bright, and delicious... The difference in quality of NV Champagne seems really subtle. Fresh lemon, apple, pear, soft bread, and a little hazelnut flavor have a subtle acacia nuiance. The acidity is very good in the mouth and the foam is soft.
