[Tasting note]

육고기의 철분향이 가득하고 쥬시한 까리냥!

블루베리, 검은 자두의 풍미가 있지만 그보다 먼저 다가오는건 육고기의 비릿한 철분향이다. 약간의 후추향 까지 더해져있어, 마치 블루베리 소스를 얹은 육회요리를 맛보는 듯 하다. 산도와 탄닌도 꽤나 있지만 설익은 느낌이 난다. 과일풍미는 많이 느껴지는 편은 아니라 호감이 가지는 않는다. 다만 까리냥이라는 품종을 잘 알아볼 수 있는 기회가 되어 좋았다. 

It's full of the irony meat, and it's juicy!!

It has the flavor of blueberries and black plums, but what comes before it is the iron note of meat. With the added aroma of pepper, I could taste raw beef plate with blueberry sauce. It has considerable acidity and tannin, but it feels unriped. I could not feel lots of fruit. However, it was a good opportunity to examine the variety called Carignan
