잘 익은 빈티지 샴페인이 김빠진 느낌?!
배, 노란 사과의 풍미가 달콤하게 다가오며, 빵, 브리오슈, 꿀의 고소함과 녹진함이 더해진다. 약간의 휘발성 향을 보여주기도 한다. 마치 오래된 빈티지 샴페인의 향을 맡는 것 같은 느낌을 준다. 입에서는 산도와 유질감, 바디감이 조화롭고 알콜도수가 높으나 풍부한 풍미와 산도, 유질감으로 잘 덮여있다. 마치 잘 만든 빈티지 샴페인이 김이 빠지면 이런 모습이지 않을까 생각이 든다. 천의 얼굴을 갖은 슈냉블랑의 한 가지 면모를 본 느낌이다
It is a wine that gives an impression of well aged vintage champagne without bubble?!
The flavor of pears and yellow apples is sweet, and the aroma and lushness of bread, brioche, and honey are added. It also shows a slightly volatile scent. It's like smelling an old vintage champagne. High alcohol but it is well covered due to the combination of acidity, oil texture and body feeling. I think it is a wine that gives an impression of well aged vintage champange without bubble. I feel like I've seen one side of Chenin Blanc with thousand faces.
