양조 : The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed with the free run juice fermented separately between 16-18°C in glass-lined cement tanks. The wine ages in glass-lined cement tanks for a year. During this period, it remains on the fine lees for increased richness and complexity. After bottling, it ages slowly in the bottle for a few months before release.

가르가네가를 갖고 항상 날 놀래키는 생산자!

My answer : S Rhone blanc 
잘 익은 멜론, 복숭아의 과실과 꿀, 젖은 돌의 뉘앙스가 느껴진다. 입에서는 엄청난 유질감과 크리미함이 느껴지고 짭짤한 맛도 많이 느껴진다. 전반적으로 짭짤한맛, 유질감이 피니쉬를 이끌며 부드럽게 마무리된다. 소아베의 재발견...!! 오늘도 피에로판이 놀라운 모습을 보여줬다. 소아베라는 품종의 매력을 최대한 살려서 정말 멋진 와인을 만들어 낸 피에로판이다. 개인적으로 오크 터치를 넣은 'La Locca' 보다 더 좋게 느껴진다.

My answer : S Rhone blanc 
There is fruits of ripe melons, peaches layered by honey, and wet stones. At the palate, there is great level of oilinesss or creaminess and some salty taste. Overall, the salty taste and oily texture lead to the finish and finish smoothly. Rediscovery of Soave...!! Pieropan showed an amazing performance again today. This wine surely made the most of the charm of the Soave. Personally, it feels better than 'La Locca' with an oak touch.
